Fixes:
issue with school graduates showing as free agent when signed to your dev company.
issue with linked territory (renamed associated dev company) not showing developmental companies
removed redundant school ledger table.
Issue with tournament arc upcoming segments and bracket not updating after first round of matches.
New wrestlers in game IDs not working correctly.
Issue with story arc upcoming segments remaining after being deployed.
Issue with filtering in the database editor.
